Ready in under 10 minutes, this toasty topping is perfect for sprinkling over the top of a simple pasta or salad dish.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Henry Langdon Chilli & Garlic Sea Salt Rub
1 cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup A L'Olivier Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 bunch fresh Parsley, optional
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine breadcrumbs, Henry Langdon Chilli & Garlic Sea Salt Rub and A L'Olivier Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a bowl.
Spread evenly over a lined baking tray and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Mix through fresh parsley as desired and sprinkle over your favourite pasta dish or salad.
Tip: To make fresh breadcrumbs, simply blitz 4-5 slices of stale bread in a food processor for 5 seconds until it forms chunky breadcrumbs.
