Chimichurri, your summer BBQ best friend

Perfect for the endless dinner parties, store in your pantry and whip out when your guests arrive!

Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

1 cup of finely chopped parsley

½ cup of finely chopped mint 

4 cloves of finely chopped garlic

1 shallot finely chopped

2 chillies, remove seeds and finely chop

½ cup of A L’Olivier Lemon Olive Oil

2 pinches of Henry Langdon Cracked Pepper & Sea Salt

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Place in a container to store in the fridge for up to a week, add extra oil on the top to avoid contact to oxygen.

Spice up your summer BBQ dishes with this delicious herb blend.

  • Place on top of cooked meats

  • Add to salads for a flavour hit
