Devilled Eggs with Henry Langdon Madras Curry Powder

Makes: 12

Ingredients: 

6 hard-boiled eggs

3 tbsp Mayonnaise

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

A pinch of Henry Langdon Cracked Black Pepper & Sea Sat

1 tbsp of finely chopped chives

1 tsp of Madras Curry Powder

Peal boiled eggs and cut in half, lengthwise. Remove the yolk and place in a medium mixing bowl, making sure not to break the whites of the eggs. Place the egg whites on a plate.

Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chives, Madras Curry Powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well, taste. Increase any items if needed.

Using a teaspoon, add a portion of the devilled egg mixture back into the hole of each egg whites. Sprinkle more Henry Langdon Madras Powder over the top for garnish.
