Buffalo Mozzarella with Heirloom Tomatoes & A L’Olivier Basil Olive Oil

Ingredients:

1 buffalo mozzarella

4 heirloom tomatoes, sliced

2 pinches of Henry Langdon Cracked Black Pepper Sea Salt Rub 

2 tbsp of A L’Olivier Basil Olive Oil

Directions:

Spread the tomato out on a plate evenly. Place the mozzarella in the centre of the tomato.

Add the pinches of salt and pepper. Drizzle the basil olive oil to finish.

Note: Serve with crispy ciabatta
