Henry's Greek Gyros Meatballs

Difficulty Easy

- 1kg of Lamb Mince
- 2 Tablespoons of Henry Langdon Greek Gyros
- 8 Pita Breads
- 250g of Cherry Tomatoes 
- Bunch of Fresh Greenery 
- 500g of Cucumbers 
- Henry's Greek Gyros Tzatziki 
- Henry Langdon Cracked Black Pepper Sea Salt Rub
- A L'Olivier Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Place lamb mince into a large bowl, along with the Henry Langdon Greek Gyros, a splash of Henry Langdon Cracked Black Pepper and the A L'Olivier Extra Virgin Olive Oil and mix thoroughly. 

Once combined, portion out balls of the mixture and shape. Use a dash of oil in a large pan and bring to heat. Place shaped meatballs in the heated pan until cooked through (length of time can change depending on how large or small in size the meatballs are).

Serve on a heated pita with Henry's Greek Gyros Tzatziki, along with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and greenery for additional crunch.
