Lemongrass & Ginger Iced Tea

Refreshing Iced Tea

Makes: 1.5 litres

Difficulty: Easy


7-10 tsp of Henry Langdon Lemongrass & Ginger Tea

2 cups of boiling water

4 cups of cold water


Place the boiling water in a pitcher and add the tea. Let the tea steep for 10 minutes.

Add the cold water, mix, and place in the fridge for 2-4 hours.

Serve over ice with fresh lemon or lime.

Option: For sweetness, add sugar syrup or sweetener when cold water is added.
