Wholesale FAQ
Wholesale Minimum Order Requirements
Our minimum order requirement is $250.00.
Product is sold in cartons of 6 (other than Drinking Chocolate 1kg in cartons of 12, and Refill Tea Pouches in cartons of 20).
Freight Costs
Due to a significant increase in cost of goods, manufacturing and more, we are unfortunately not able to offer free delivery on every wholesale order. We have taken on as much of the freight costs as we can, but there is still a small amount. Please find below a table outlining our freight costs for each state. We are happy to discuss options and alternatives to ensure each customer is happy with our service and product.

Payment
Currently, our capabilities only allow for prepayment, however we are hoping to offer Credit Terms in the future as we progress.
Shipping
Our wholesale shipping facilities will be operational from Monday to Friday, 9am -4pm. All wholesale orders placed will be fulfilled in one to two business days, and delivery information will be provided once orders are fulfilled.
At this time, pickup is not available.
Damages and Returns
When you receive your order, if there are any damages or incorrect items, please contact our sales team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. This ensures we can complete a thorough investigation at the time of incident. Credits and returns will not be accepted after this 48 hour period.
