A L'Olivier Raspberry Vinegar

In 1822, Eugène Popelin began introducing Parisians to the benefits of olive oil. Since then, A L'Olivier has travelled throughout the Mediterranean basin, following the rhythm of the seasons to capture all the richest quality ingredients. Their passion for nature and its creation of ingredients, along with their unique know how and practices, results in exceptional oils and vinegars that represent the botanical notes of France.

With a unique blending and maturing process, this raspberry vinegar is intensified with notes of candied raspberries, with a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. All processes used are chemical and heat free to preserve quality and freshness through to the finished product. No colouring or preservatives are used in A L’Olivier oils and vinegars; the magnificent colour of this Raspberry Vinegar comes directly from the natural colouring of the fruit itself when made into a puree. Ideal for a fruity vinaigrette to season a delicious salad, creating sauces for deglazing meats or even end a meal with pan-fried figs and vanilla ice-cream for dessert.

Ingredients 
White Vinegar, Raspberry Puree, Granulated Sugar, Thickener (Apple Pectin). Shake well before use. Once opened, store in refrigerator. For ease of use, try the A L’Olivier Metal Spout.
