Although Australian Lemon Myrtle can be used for many purposes, it is absolutely delicious in all sorts of food creations. Lemon Myrtle is a sweet verbena rainforest tree native to Australia, and more specifically, subtropical Queensland. With dark green leaves, it blooms white flower bunches in the summer. It is known for its high citral content, one of the highest from a native plant.
