Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship all across Australia as well as New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, and Singapore.

Due to the current COVID situation impacting international borders and transport capacity, our international shipping costs have increased. We are regularly reviewing the situation to be able to improve these costs for our customers, we thank you for your patience.


Something is missing from my order.
Oh no! Although we are human and can make errors, we hate getting it wrong! Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can correct the issue by emailing spermezel@langdongroup.com.au.

My order is a gift. Will the parcel include an invoice or price tags?
Never fear, a lot of Henry Langdon products are bought as gifts. The parcel will not include any pricing or an invoice. 


Can I place a Wholesale order for my store directly from Henry Langdon?
We are now offering online wholesale accounts for your business to order directly from the Henry Langdon website. To register for a wholesale account, click here.


How do Henry Langdon subscriptions work?
Ordering on a subscription basis is easy. Begin by choosing how often you would like a product delivered to you (30 days, 60 days or 120 days). Payment is automatically debited from your account every 30 days, and we ship it straight to you. This way, you are always stocked up on your Henry Langdon pantry essentials, without you having to lift a finger.
