An aromatic, naturally sweet and lightly floral remedy for relaxation and sleep that has been used for centuries to help you drift away. Chamomile is not only delicious but is said to have a wide range of health benefits, including assisting with nausea and insomnia. Enjoy on its own or with a dash of honey.
