Chai originated in India many centuries ago known as Masala Chai; simply meaning mixed spice. Today, chai lovers have evolved the mixed spice into a variety of different delicious beverages. Chai Latte, one of Henry Langdon’s most popular drinking products, blends a range of exotic spices including ginger, aniseed, cinnamon and cardamom with black tea to create an authentic chai experience at home. To create an extra dash of sweetness, add a drop of honey.
Place 1-2 tsps of Henry Langdon Chai Latte in a cup and stir in hot milk (dairy or plant based). Froth the milk for a café style Chai Latte or serve over ice for a frappe.
