1 tsp castor sugar
1 tsp refined salt
30ml of lime juice
15ml of Cointreau
1 tbsp of Henry Langdon Organic Green Tea
1 tbsp of sugar syrup (make this using the ratio 1:1 sugar and boiling water, mix well)
Place the lime, tequila, Cointreau, sugar syrup and Henry Langdon Organic Green Tea into a cocktail shaker and let sit for 10 minutes.
On a plate, mix the sugar and salt together. Take your choice of cocktail glass and using a wedge of lime, coat the rim
Dip the rim in the salt and sugar mix, tapping off any excess. If you prefer your margarita on the rocks, place ice in your glass, otherwise leave it as is.
Once the mix has sat for 10 minutes, place ice in the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into your glass. Enjoy!
