Ingredients
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 1 & 1/4 Cup Basil
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Zest
- Pinch of Salt
- Handful of Chives
- 1/4 Cup A L'Olivier Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Hemp Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Pine Nuts
Directions
Place all ingredients into an electrix mixer, and blend until creamy and smooth.
Lather over your favourite salad, or use as a creamy dip for corn chips.
